Cargill Associates Announces the Onboarding of its New President, Rob Flint

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RALEIGH, N.C., April 4, 2025– Cargill Associates, a division of DickersonBakker, is pleased to announce the onboarding of its new President, Rob Flint.

Flint has spent nearly 15 years pastoring in the local church, where he focused on creating systems that support growth and long-term sustainability. His passion for empowering churches to flourish drove him to develop effective fundraising strategies, by helping churches streamline their operations, improve communication, and cultivate environments where leaders can thrive.

"The local church is the single most powerful organization on the planet—called to bring hope, transformation, and lasting impact to communities through the love of Christ," said Flint.

In 2020, Flint launched his own marketing and consulting agency, expanding his reach beyond the local church to serve ministries and nonprofits nationwide. His experience also includes coaching church teams through transitions, reshaping leadership structures, and implementing practical frameworks that spurred 300% growth.

Flint will work directly with President & CEO, Derric Bakker. He will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and providing strategic direction, with a focus on promoting long-term growth and success within the company.

“At Cargill Associates, we are passionate about equipping churches with the strategy, resources, and financial tools they need to fund their God-given vision. I’m honored to lead this team as we help ministries take bold steps of faith and make a lasting difference,” said Flint.

Throughout his career, Flint has remained committed to strengthening the impact and success of churches and ministries, equipping them to lead effectively and navigate the future with the resources they need to accomplish their God-given vision.

Flint graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a double degree in Biblical Studies and Political Science, where his studies honored him with the Outstanding Graduate Award in Political Science. Flint continued this theological education at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Currently, he lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife and two children.
