FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

RALEIGH, N.C., April 9, 2024– Cargill Associates, a division of DickersonBakker, announced today the onboarding of its new President, Eddie Rester.

Rester is seasoned in the world of churches, having more than 26 years of experience. As a United Methodist preacher, Rester knows first hands what churches need in order to grow and find success through hardship. Rester will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing leadership to deliver high-quality services to church clients.

"Being in the church right now is different and difficult. The world has changed around us. Our commitment as we reinvigorate Cargill Associates is to offer innovative ways to partner with churches around resources, mission, and staffing so that churches can find their way to faithful and effective ministry," says Rester.

Working directly with President & CEO, Derric Bakker, Rester will be instrumental in client services and executive leadership, with a focus on growing the business unit over time. This positive addition to Cargill Associates will aid in innovation and growth throughout the entire firm.

“I'm excited to join the team at DickersonBakker and Cargill Associates and look forward to finding ways to partner with churches to help them thrive in this season,” says Rester.
