It’s week 7 of our “Meet Our Team Monday” series! This week we sat down with Ron Infinger, DBA’s Senior Vice President of Executive Search Services.
Ron is one of the most “seasoned” members of the DBA team & has become a go-to mentor when it comes to the executive search sector. As one of the nation’s top Executive Search experts, he has helped countless national nonprofits’ fill key roles within their organization. His enthusiasm and passion for helping our team (& yours!) grow is just one of the many reasons we are blessed to have him as part of the DBA/Keystone team. We sat down with Ron and asked him a few questions. Let’s see what he had to say…
- What did you do before joining Dickerson, Bakker & Associates?
I was in the retained executive search business for 25 years prior to meeting DBA President Derric Bakker in 2009/2010. - Where did you go to college?
I received my bachelor’s degree in economics from Campbell University and my MBA from the University of South Carolina. - How did you hear about Dickerson, Bakker & Associates?
I saw an ad Derric was running for a Director of Development for a ministry in Florida. - What made you decide to come work for Dickerson, Bakker & Associates?
I was looking for a new direction to finish my career and God opened this door. I was drawn to the faith-based, Christian focus of the firm and the work we do. - What do you look forward to most when starting to work with a new client?
I look forward to learning about a new client’s work and seeing how I can assist them in achieving their goals. - What is one goal you hope to achieve with a client when starting a new project?
My goal is to identify and present a group of candidates who are especially aligned for their organization in every way. - What is your favorite part about being a part of Dickerson, Bakker & Associates?
My favorite part is the variety of clients.
